मागे मी ललित वर तेच ते असे काहिसे लेखन वाचले.. त्यातल्या लिहिणार्‍या बाई ने ज्योतिबा फ़ुलेंच्या भाशेवर.. जोक केलाय.. म्हणजे ज्या ज्योतिबा फ़ुलेंनी सर्व स्री जातीसाठी स्वताचे आयुश्य वाहुन घेतले.. त्या माणसावर या बाईने टीका केली करण मला तरी हेच दिसत.. ती नक्कि सवर्न समाजातिल असावी.. तीला अनुमोदन अजुन दुसर्‍या स्रीनेच दिले.. आहे. त्याला विरोधात एकाही मानसाने उत्तर दिले नाहि.म्हनजे ज्योतिबा फ़ुले झाले ना आयुश्या वाहुन त्यान्च्याच जातीचे... आनि ह्या तिमकी वाजवनार्‍या वर्च्या जातीच्या म्हनुन यांना कोनाबद्दलही काहीही लिहिण्याचा अधिकार आहे का?

फुले, फुल्यांची भाषा व फुले. आता हे तिन्ही शब्द वेग वेगळे कसे आहेत ते बघु.
फुले खरोखरची फुले. ज्याला गंध असेतो ती. पुर्वी व आताही मायबोलीवर welcome म्हनुन फुलांचा गुच्छ देन्याची पध्द्त होती व आहे.
फुल्यांची भाषा मराठी अर्थ शिव्यांची भाषा. अनेक मराठी पुस्तकांत शिव्या ऐवजी फुल्या वापरल्या जातात जसे अबे भोXXXXX. कारण पुर्ण शिवी लिहिली व ती लहान मुलांनी वाचली तर त्याचा योग्य परिनाम होनार नाही म्हनुन ही adult भाषा.

तर हे तीन अर्थ आहेत त्या लिखानात. लेखीकेने फुल फुले या शब्दाची कोटी केली आहे तिच्या लिखानात. कुठेही महात्मा फुल्यांना कमी ल

Sir,
You have commented on very sensitive issue "Reservations in Central Institutes" in the article. Looking at the reasons why such policy is being deployed; only answer bounces back is Vote Bank of politicians. These politicians don't have any courtesy for OBCs, STs or SCs. One group (not political party) is supporting the reservation and another group is demonstrating against it on roads. Even in one party (NCP) one MLA is in supporting group and another is in opposite group. (Of-course Medical students protested against it with pure aim to stop educational degradation of these institutes.)
Some experts and opponents are putting option of Economical Class based reservations. But does our system is enough capable to provide correct data for implementing this? Unfortunately answer is NO. I could not control myself for giving one example to clarify my point. Some days back in khodad(my village) when list of Below Poverty Line (BLP) is read in Gramsabha after pressure from common villagers on Grampanchayat; all were surprised as names of grape growing farmers (who have bungalows, four wheelers etc) and other well established villagers were listed in the same. The survey for it was being conducted repeatedly after specific years since many years back and these people were taking undo-advantage of the schemes for BPL. Definitely such a failed/false system can not be used as base for reservations in educational fields. Also again degradation of institutes after such reservations will be an unanswered point.
In this scenario, your option of high-tech residential schools with reservations is highly acceptable. Expelling 40,000 reserved category students per annum from these schools to compete openly for around 8,000 seats of central institutes is really practical & excellent solution for category based reservation. It's very true that after 50 years of reservations also lower caste people (at-least in rural areas) really need special attention as far as educational field is considered. I am commenting this sentence very responsibly, clearly and firmly because I have seen them too closely. At current conditions also literacy / educational level of these people is considerably low as compared to open category people. I used to be tong tied whenever this reservation debate comes to me. At one hand such reservation would degrade institution's educational values and at another end it's naked truth that we have denied each & every field to these people for several decades/centuries. Your solution is perfect in both manners. It is giving enough opportunities/space for lower categories without deteriorating institutional standards. Your workout as usual touching almost all edges of the project suggested like estimated cost, budgetary compliments, building requirement etc.
Only one point where I got stuck is admission of these schools. Definitely it will be on merit basis among reserved categories but again point of really needy from these castes comes to discuss. In these castes one class is well settled and students from such families are enjoying all facilities available. In merit based admissions for these schools may drive situation to monopoly of such students in the schools. It will be better if you please clarify your ideas little bit in this manner.
Unfortunately as said previously, politicians do not want any solution for this issue. They only need any issue to keep themselves in limelight. In such conditions this idea should be spread widely among people. Debates, thinking processes on this solution & thus mass movement may slowly build pressure on politicians. If possible please get translated this article in Marathi with somebody's help publish it in Marathi newspapers to reach the idea to max people. (Politicians mostly refer Marathi Newspapers as per my knowledge).
Pls note that this is personal opinion in this regards.

I won't say that I am very close to him. But we had met 4,5 times on different projects. He came to visit these projects out of his own interest or our supiriors invited him, I wouln't know. We had some mail communication on few issues. As of today I am not in touch with him.
I have keen interest to know his reply. Once he replies to you, can you please let me know his answer to your above questions? If you are not very comfortable with pasting his answers here, can you please send me a mail?

केदारजोशी, मी योग किंवा इतर कुणाला ओळखत नाही, नि कुणाहि बद्दल मला वैयक्तिक लिहायचे नाही. पण वरील सर्व वादविवादात, दोन्ही बाजूंतर्फे ज्या पद्धतीने चर्चा चालू आहे, त्यातील काही सामान्य पणे आढळलेली प्रवृत्ति कशा प्रकारची वाटते ते मी खालील विवेचनावरून स्पष्ट करू इच्छितो. विचार करावा.
ज्यांना समजून घ्यायला वेळ किंवा अक्कल नसते, त्यांना भडकवण्याच्या एकमेव उद्देशाने, एखादे वाक्य, शब्द, मुद्दाम आकसाने, जाणून बुजून संदर्भ विरहित घेऊन, वापरण्याचे तंत्र या अमेरिकेतील राजकारणात गेली कित्येक वर्षे चालू आहे. कुठलीहि गोष्ट नीट न वाचता, एकदम त्यावर प्रतिक्रिया करणे हाहि त्यातलाच प्रकार.
तसेच, अतिशयोक्ति करणे, कल्पनेनेच राईचा पर्वत करणे या गोष्टीहि प्रचाराचा एक भाग आहे. 'माझे अत्यंत जवळचे मित्र' म्हणजे "त्यांचे नाव मी एकदोनदा ऐकले आहे, गेल्या वीस वर्षात! "
बर्‍याच वर्षांपूर्वी एका अत्यंत नालायक अमेरिकन पोरट्याने सिंगापूरमधे कायदाबाह्य वर्तन केले म्हणून त्यास तीन फटक्यांची शिक्षा दिली होती. त्याबद्दल, ओहायो मधल्या काही लोकांनी बोंबाबोंब करून, 'ही आमच्या मानवी हक्कांची पायमल्ली आहे, अमेरिकेचा धडधडीत अपमान आहे, This means war, volunteer to fight against Singapore ' असला प्रचार चालवला होता. ओहायोच ते, मूर्ख, भडक टाळक्याच्या लोकांची तिथे काय कमी?
येथील काही Talk show वर असले प्रकार नेहेमीच ऐकायला मिळतात.
अमेरिका 'सगळ्यातच' 'पुढारलेली'. अत्यंत मूर्ख लोक, अत्यंत वाईट लोक, अत्यंत स्वार्थी लोक, या बाबतीतहि जगात सर्वात जास्त 'पुढारलेली' असावी असे मला वाटते. अर्थात, त्याहि बाबतीत भारताने तरी का हार मानावी?

लाल भाइ.. जर ज्यना सोइ सुवीधा म्हणजे आरक्षन वैगैरे दिले जाते त्याना जेव्हा त्याचा फ़ायदा मिळतो तो कोणाचा तरी त्याग आहे आणि मिळालेल्या संधीचे सोने करावे हा विचार त्यन्च्या मनात येत नाही. त्याना मिळालेली सन्धी ते सन्स्कार म्हणुन न रुजवता फ़क्त त्यातली मजा ओरबडतात उदा: एखद्या सरकारी नोकरीत एखादा अधिकरि आरक्षनाने झाला तर त्याची पुढची पिढी त्याच्यावरच्या पायरीवर गेलेली कधीच दिसुन येत नाही.. ते त्यान्च्या पुढच्या पिढी पर्यन्त संस्कार पोहचविन्यास नाकम ठरतात. हे जोपर्यन्त चालु राहिल तो पर्यन्त प्रगती होणार नाही आणि आरक्षणास विरोध होत राहिल.

ए मला पण लालभाईचे म्हणणे काही पटले नाही हां. म्हणजे मी फार नाही बोलू शकणार कारण मी कोणत्यास सामाजिक संस्थेत वगैरे काम केलेले नाही. पण का कुणासठाऊक या आरक्षण प्रकाराबद्दल चीडच आहे मनात.
पण कमाल आहे. किती शांतपणे चर्चा घालतोयेस लालभाई तू?? लालभाईला उकसवण्याचा इतका प्रयत्न केला लोकांनी तरी ह्याने काही डोक्यावरचा बर्फ काढला नाही. कमाल आहे.
नाही तर इतर कोणता "ज्वलंत" वगैरे विषय असता तर हा bb आत्तापर्यंत सत्राशे साठे वेळा बंद झाला असता.
