For my recipe of Khajur Rolls-
Nuts have lots essential oil like Ometa 3 and omega 6. Manuka are good for stomach. Dates have lots of iron, cococut also has lots of good fatty acids. More importantly it's not cooked and doesn't have added sugar in it.
