There is one more rule "rule of thumb" for blue sky. follow URL

Mawla, I personally like the original, as I feel it conveys a more cheerful mood. The colour of the beaks and legs aids the overall composition IMO.

Nice capture, all the same.

Ajit,
Rainbow roses prathamach pahile. Thanks for sharing :-)

mawla,
Saw sand castle

Great texture and minimalism here. nice wide angle. BTW, could you share the PP steps?

Probably the harsh lighting is what gives this image the texture. But to be frank, I am not very comfortable with the lighting in the image. Also the model wearing warm clothes (at least they appear to be warm clothing) in the bright sunny (probably even hot?) day (suggested by the lighting in the image) seems a bit odd.

Karadkar,
Any of the A or T series flashes will work. I once owned a very simple A1 and few FD lenses. They were really very sharp. However it is important to check the functionality of the camera. I owned 199A flash and it was painfully slow to charge. 299T might be the one you should buy if you want to stick to the T70. BTW you will be surprised, T series cameras like T90 are still in demand and have more 'selling' value than the plastic-wonder-digital cameras. A digital rebel or D70 is going for as low as 400$s now in the used market whereas T90 is still sold for a similar price after 20+ years. Tells you a story.

suggested by the lighting in the image>>>
Aarti,
I don't know how it is in Australia (ur in Australia Mawla or?) but in Germany there is a saying: sonne in deutschland wie eine lampe im kuehlschrank, meaning, The sun in Germany is like a lamp in a fridge. :D

Suhasini,
It is said that every journey begins with a first step. Strive to make your first step a humble one.Zen of Photography.
So you are right on the track. For flora images uncluttered background is often desired.

mawla,
Interesting image and I like the PS work. I might prefer this with one bird only. and the castle picture might have been better without the child.

Dhanyawad sarvana .....

Arati and Prashant ..The light is bright and the temp. is cold around 4deg. that's reason the beach on philip island is empty :-).

PK I was thinking to remove one bird in PS but viewer's eyes will go directly to birds eye and wings..I think they are not sharp enough to become subject. Next time I will keep eye on single bird...college madhye shiklele skills ithe kamala yeil.. :-)

I think SUN in Australia is quite bright...sunny16 rule works at 4 O'clock in winter.

Aarti..I will draft the process will send to you soon.

Suhasini - PK's comment is no. 1 rule.
and I will prefer not to take flower picture in bright sun. to avoid harsh shadows, like in 2nd picture.

Soumitra- is that "bhatachi Ombi" nice one. purna ali asti tar ajun chan disli asti. see lot of empty space on right side.
