ek mahatvacha salla (obvious watala tari) - always consult your lawyer before getting into any kind of agreement. always. I have taken a hit by not doing this which also showed that no bank looks at your purchase agreement carefully enough!

HDFC cha maza personal anubhav atyant waait ahe.
1. this bank does not care about you. infact their "inspector", who is supposed to visit the property under construction and decide whether or not to disburse certain slab of loan amount to the builder - does not do the job! this inspector actually advised me to sign off a particular slab before the corresponding work was done. his reason was - "hya point la builder che barech paise adakalele asatat project madhe. to ata kahi kam ardhawat sodun jat nahi. kalaji karu naka. deun taka paise."!!! tyala mi changalach failawar ghetala hota.
2. HDFC does not give you a account statement unless until you ask for it.
3. if you have a floating interest, they won't even notify you about change of rate!

BEWARE OF THESE BANKS
Looking at the rising complaints against ICICI Bank, Citibank, and Standard Chartered Bank , we request consumers to properly read their documents and keep a record when dealing with these banks,

especially regarding credit card and housing loan. These three banks are biggest defaulters and do not resolve consumer problems easily. Be aware of their terms in writing. Keep a perfect record of all correspondence with them. If they do not agree to written communication, immediately stop their services. If you ask some nationalised bank to take over the housing loan from ICICI Bank, even after paying full amount, you will not get back your original documents for months. You will be told that the documents are in Mumbai and they are trying to retrieve the same. This is the

answer you get everyday.



BEWARE OF NOKIA
Nokia assures that their handset is covered under insurance. They even provide a certificate of insurance. But the condition is that if the handset is lost/stolen, you have to lodge an FIR to seek claims. The catch here is that the police station does not lodge FIR for loss of handsets, they only register NC. So you will never get insurance claims on basis of NC.



Nokia is selling some of its degraded

products that have software problems. If you come across such problem in a new set, do not waste your time in running around service centres as it is not going to help much, ask for a replacement with a new set. All those who have purchased 3230 set, have experienced that there was software problem in every set. Nokia is simply dumping the sets, which can not be sold in other countries.

Based on false promises and with arrangement with Citibank and ICICI Bank, this team cheats the consumers of his money by asking payments through credit card.



BOOK TELESALES & RECOVERY AGENTS
If you receive unwanted advertisement / telemarketing call from any company or recovery agents. You will find it annoying especially when you are on roaming network. Ask their telephone number and report to the police. File a police complaint against the Chairman of the company.

BEWARE OF TATAINDICOM BROADBAND and WIRELESS FIXED TELEPHONE
Their promises to get you a broadband connection within a week is not to be relied upon. Once your money is stuck (about Rs. 2000), it takes lot of pains to recover it back. If you book Wireless fixed telephone, the Tataindicom sales person will tell you that you can send/receive fax, send/receive e-mails in other service providers' account also (for example vsnl, touchtel etc). Once you install the telephone, you will find that the instrument can not support fax machine even if connected through EPABX, you will find that you can receive e-mails in other accounts and can not send e-mails at all. You have to send e-mails only through Tataindicom e-mail service.

माफ़ करा हा प्रश्न बाणेर भागासंबंधी नाही पण इथे काही चर्चा झाली त्या संदर्भात आहे.

औंध मध्ये (DP Road area) २ बेडरुम फ्लॅट भाडेतत्वावर घेतल्यास साधारण किति भाडे द्यावे लागेल? आणि जर विकत घ्यायचा असेल तर ह्या भागात सध्या प्रति चौ. फू. काय भाव आहे?

आता चर्चा चालूच आहे तर कुणी ठाण्यातले रेट सांगेल का? मी पाचपाखाडीत पाहातेय मला ४३०० मिळतोय...बरोबर आहे का? आणि Citi bank च्या housing loans मधले सगळे problems सांगाल का? rates change करतात का ते काही वर्षानी? कारण nationalised banks तसं करतात म्हणू. विचारलं

Yeah... Aundh madhe 3000-4000 ahet rates...& again it depends on a new flat or a re-sell one. Rent for a decent 2 bedroom apt is 10000-14000 depending upon what all facilities they have (like gym, swimming pool etc), how old that complex is etc.

Yes you are right. The rate is also same they told me. Have u personally visited these locations? if yes, how did u find it?

There is one fellow, his name is Akshay, he sent me an email with 3 spread sheets, with nice step by step information about payment slots and for what its going to be charged. But its not that easy to understand that spread sheet because all these terms are new to me. When I calculated approximate amt, it goes in the range of 45 million. Not a joke!

कमेलिआ चे बांधकाम पाहुन आले मी ह्यावेळी. मग्नोलिआ आजुन चालु झालेले नाहीये. एरीआ खुप डेव्हलप झाला नाहिये अजुन पण त्यांचे बांधकाम २००८ ला पूर्ण होणार आहे तोपर्यंत होईल असे त्यान्चे म्हणणे होते.

मला वाटते मग्नोलिआ मधे अजुन शिल्लक असावेत फ्लट.
