Article चांगलं आहे, फक्त 'गझल' शब्दा ऐवजी 'गाल' झाल्यामुळे काही पत्ताच लागत नाही...
ते गझल बद्दल बोलत असावेत असां संशय येतो, पण तो 'गालातलल्या गालात' बोलल्यामुळे कळत नसावा...

one more good article I am reading today morning! Thanks.
Though the article may sound disheartening, it is not! Auther has very well pointed out the imbalance of development what India is seeing since last few years.
Economy is, so called, opened in 1991, i.e. almot 16 years are passed with new economic reforms. Why we are not seeing changes at grass-root level is the question.

At least five explosions have taken place in the Indian financial capital, Mumbai (Bombay), police say.
It is not yet clear what caused the blasts and police are not confirming the location of the explosions, which occurred during evening rush hour.
Police told the BBC more than 20 people were wounded in one blast. Some reports say at least one of the blasts took place near a train station.

Agencies should have expected this after RDX was found in Malegaon, Aurangabad and other places in Maharashtra. Its shameful of our internal security setup that we could not foresee it and still dont know how much explosives was smuggled in or who are the kingpins.
