US madhye alyanantar pahile 3/4 diwas mala jet lag cha solid tras zala. Aata mala 2 weeks sathi bharatat jaun yayche aahe. US madhoon bharatat gelyavar pan jet lag cha tras hoto ka ? Hot aslyaas kiti pramanat ? Jet lag avoid karnyasathi tumhi vaparoon pahileli kahi remedy aahe kay ? "nojetlag" namak pills chi mahiti mala net var milali pan aaplyapaiki kuni ti vaparli aahe kay ?

Dhananjay आल्यावर दोन दिवस मस्तपैकी झोप काढ. jetlag गायब होइल. त्या औषधाच्या नादी लागु नको.संध्याकाळी व रात्री सिनेमा बघ.

Generally भारतात गेल्यावर फ़ारसा त्रास होत नाही जेटलॅगचा इथे परत आल्यावरच होतो. का आणि कसे माहीत नाही :-)

माझ्या वाचनात आलेले काहि उपाय : १) जर तुम्ही पुर्व दिशेला प्रवास करणार असाल, तर प्रवासाच्या दिवसाच्या ३ - ४ दिवस अगोदर पासुन, थोडे लवकर झोपत जा. retire early . २) प्रवासात भरपुर पाणी प्या.

1. Drink lot of fluids.
2. Try to follow sleep pattern as per your destination country.
3. After you land, try to follow sleep patterns as faithfully as possible. It may be hard but it helps.

1. Drink lot of water during your travel, not sure how this helps but it does somehow.
2. Sleep during 1st phase of the journey and avoid sleep during 2nd phase. Avoiding sleep in 2nd phase is hard but if you can manage it you will not have jetlag. This is very useful technique which leaves a side effect of a bit tiredness around afternoon 2-4pm next day but you wont be sleepy although your eyes would feel tired which you can easily overcome.

Tried this technique while a trip of 7-10 days to India and worked without loosing a single day in Jetlag.

this is better than yogi's 'Drink lot of water ' :-)

my exp. are
I never had jet lag when I travelled to US, but almost all the time when came back to India, I had jet lag for 4, 5 days.
Only on one occasion I had no jetlag in India. So I searched for the reason. The thing I did this time diff. was , I drank lot of alchohol, ate every piece of food that was offered and slept all the time in both the legs...:-)

I agree with Savyasachi .. mi pan US la yetana donhi legs madhe zhop kadhato ani mala hi Jet Lag cha ajibat tras hot nahi ..
