Today yahoo upgraded all users with 100 Mb free email space. The email size also is increased to 10Mb. So you can send multiple megapixel photos now. And this is in competition from gmail. Gmail is a new email service from Google which offers 1Gb email space and very advanced email search functions. But the gmail service is still by invitation only. Pan aaj Yahoo la solid problem yetoy karan Akamai Technologies, which distributes and manages Web data for companies such as Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc has been attacked by hackers. Hope the service will be online soon. YB be(e) patient, tula hi email yeyil Yahoo che..

I think the 100mb offer is only for yahoo.com accounts (ie not for yahoo.co.in, yahoo.co.uk.)

yahoo has been talking of upgrading their free service to 100MB for a couple of months now, it was a matter of time before they actually implemented it. google certainly has lit a fire under yahoo's chair, and it wont be logn before hotmail will be forced to follow suit. personally, i think hotmail sucks, and with yahoo offering 100mb, and their whole portal with groups, photos, finance, travel etc. i am more than happy to continue with them - esp since i dont have to deal with a login like abedekar2343@yahoo.com - i do use gmail as well, and i am not convinced what is really so good about it apart from the 1GB quota (ofcourse that aint trivial ) its the way business is done - consumers could use a lot of good improvements, but why give them unless u need to do it. and even when you do it, you do just fine ... so why dont companies do it? as an aside, i did not get an email from yahoo about an upgrade - i was merely informed about when i logged in yesterday morning.

karadkar/milindaa - i see what you are saying. i am having the same problem in mozilla firefox 0.8 and 0.9 - it almost seems like that part of the tag is not getting processed ... it used to happen on Rangiberangi earlier - KD, you figured it out the last time, right? perhaps its the same problem this time around as well?

rangiberangi had the same problem. some devanagari text would appear fine, others would appear like you show above. KD found some error in the way tags were processed - i suspect this might be the same. can one of the other mods/admin figure this one out?

Need help. I work for a volunteer organization. We use Outlook Express 6.0 to send out the newsletters etc. We have created lists of ppl (there are around 15-20 list altogether around 300 people). We are having difficulty in sending out these emails Outlook gives some different messages ex. xyz@xyz.com doesn't accept mail Please correct the problem then try again. This is not the only problem we are having. I will try to get couple of errors we are getting and try to post it here. There is one fundraising even coming up and we need to send out these invitations as soon as possible. I will really appreciate and feddback/help/contribution in this matters.

I got the solution to my problem. Basically, mozilla gets confused if I have nested newurl tag in dev or ts1. If I do not nest the newurl tag in dev or ts1 (when I write the URL description in devnagri), it works fine. the same post of mine, now looks okay. like this...

did you get this ? The newurl tag does not apply ts1 or dev to the text in its description. also, it does not let the tag to encompass the remaining text after the tag. So, the solution is, always put the newurl tag outside the ts1 or dev tag. There may be more solutions, but, this works for the time being in your case, try individual tags. start the tag, end the tag and then only start the next one... see, if that works
