i recently got transferred from Yugoslavia to Ukraine.Currently i'm residing at Kiev, but would be in Moscow from December onwards.
if any maharashtrian working/residing in Moscow/St.Petersburg/Kiev,i'd definitely love to meet him/her.

Hello Tanvi,
I used to work in Moscow. Now back to India with lot of good and bad memories about it. If you require any information about Moscow feel free to ask me. I have many friends staying in Moscow.
There are not many Maharashtrians in Moscow. And since you are going to be in embassy you'll find some there itself.
I hope you speak Russian language. All the best for your stay!

Its nice to see that people are going back to Russia... I spent about 10 years in Russia and Ex USSR part... I loved Russia and really miss now...
From IFS Dnyaneshwar Mulley and Jyoti Sawarkar was in Moscow, and i think there are still some marathi's in Indian Embassy Moscow and Kendriya Vidyalaya and some working for foreign companies.., drop me email and i will send some details...

Hi Vinod,
I was in Moscow in year 2000. I know only one Marathi person namely Dr. Patwardhan who is into business in Russia.
These days I keep traveling to various CIS countries but hardly find Marathi people.
So what do you these days & what were you doing in Russia for 10 years?
