Hi All EU desvasiyo :o)
Do you have any idea how to get a visa in schenegen country for more than 3 months?
My wife will be travelling to austria on her type C schenegen visa on 1st March. Her visa
is expiring on 26th April. Does she has to go back to India and come again? is there any workaround?
By the way, I'm holing Type D Visa and on a work permit. My visa is valid till 26th July.

You can ask her to get dependent visa and then she can get visa uptill the date your visa is valid.
I have no clue which visa she has applied to. 3 months visa is tourist visa, unless otherwise specified but if you want more than that then dependent visa is only a option.
You work at IAEA office, Vienna, isn't it? then check with your secretary or administration dept, they should help you in this. (If they are not as conservative as Swiss public)
