My brother wants to do MS in Computer major. His GRE score is 1906 and Toefl score is 600. He is from mechanical background. So can anybody suggest me some good colleges for computer science where he can get admission and aid too?

USEFI at churchgate is the best place to find all sorts of info. USEFI = United States Education Foundation India.
there membership was 350 RS for a year at my time. 3 yrs back. it might be 500 rs now i dont know. but if oyu are interested in studying here 5oo rs is worth it.

check out this site, for schools ranking, rating, finance etc. The school ratings by US news are a standard. I found it very useful and it helped me a lot in choosing the grad school.

Hi all,
Maza GRE cha score jara kharab aala ahey. It's 1760. Tar mala ekhadya barya Univ. madhye admit/aid milel ka ? Mala koni jarya 'okay' universities suggest karu shakel ka ? Mala CS madhye MS karayache ahey. Acads. changale ahet aani 1 varshacha job experience ahey. Can anybody help me ? meanwhile mi ithe aadhich dilelya links baghate :o)

Sanuli, give a try at USF. Chances are better for MIS. With a good one year of experience, you should get an aid after you land here.

University of South Florida. You can capitalise on your experience to get some on campus IT job that would also get you a tution waver.

Sanuli: This might be too late but try applying to University of Cincinnati, Ohio University Athens, Toledo....they almost guaranteedly give a tuition waiver....or so it was when I applied....those were the safe universities....

konala kahi mahiti ( Kou khan chya bhava kadun thody mahiti milali ) aahe ? additional ..
another thing is she is on H4. does she have to do something else i mean change in visa status etc.. for studying in US? or just like that she can take admission on college for CPA???
Any kind of help on this topic is greatly appreciated at the earliest.

She does not need to change Visa status, she can give exams being on H4 :)
