Few more question

Is there any alternative document for birth certificate?
If 'No'then can I get it from Indian Ambbasey in USA?
I am trying for Birth Crt. from Inida but
I dont think I will get it from India.

I keep on moving so my adress keep on changing , I m planning to give address of one of my relative in USA as mailing adress.

For residential adress change each time I will hv to inform Canadian immigration office, is that essential? as my mailing adress will b same though I will move.

Sorry for trouble n too many queries.

In General, if you do not have a Birth Certificate, you have to 'Make a Declaration' on StampPaper in Front of a Magistrate or equivalent, in India while attaching whatever proof you have (School Leaving Certificate, Passport copies) and in front of Witnesses. Do this in English to that the document can be used as a Birth Certificate.
I am not sure if the Indian Consulate in US can do that, but being the Only Indian Gov. Authority here, they might be able to get you that.
