USA Green Card साठि CONSULATE GENERAL OF
INDIA कडुन मिळालेल Birth Certificate चालत का???
This birth certificate is on plain white paper with matter printed on it and is sealed and signed by Asstt. Consulate Officer, San Francisco, CA , USA
Will this birth certificate, which I have received from COUNSULATE GENERAL OF INDIA , San Francisco will work for Green Card?? or I need to have it from India.
Please Guide n Share your experience

When I got my green card, that time only birth certificate allowed was from the muncipal corporation where you were born. Anything else was not allowed. Don't know the latest rule.
What I was surprised that office was very efficient to get me that certificate quickly by paying official fee (for which I got receipt). No bribe, no red tape nothing.
and 3 of us were born in 3 cities and got the same positive experience everywhere.

485 फ़ाईल केल्यानंतर ६ महिन्यांनी तुम्ही दुसरी कोणतीही company जोइन करु शकता. is it true? की visa no. येइपर्यंत थांबावे लागते?? आणि हा visa no. कधी येतो,किती दिवसांनी?

खुप प्रयत्न केला पण काम नाहि झाल,
१० विच्या वरचि जन्म तारिख चुकिची
आलिय but ह्यावरुन Passport व Visa
बनविला आहे कारण Birth Certificate नव्हत
मुनसिपल मधे Record Missing आहे
काय कराव Please सांगा I have only
9 months in hand for Green Card

jar record nasel tar navin banavayla sanga. ek afidevit karava lagel bahutek. jar hospital madhe janma zala asel tar tyanchya letterhead var tasa pratipadan karanara official letter ghya. ani balantpanachya veles hajar asalele doctor, nurse yanchi witness mhanun sahi afidevit var.
mala konitari ha marg vaparlyacha athavatay.
jar hospital madhe nasel zala tari afidevit madhe suin, balache aai vadil sodun itar natlag je hajar hote, yanchi sahi chalel witness mhanun.
mag ya record varun birth certificate gheta yeil.

सव्या is right. You have to mfirst ake affidavit and submit it to mun. corp and request for birth certificate. Make sure to have translation in english on certificate. It is not rule but norm.

जन्म Hospital मधे झालाय पण इन्दोर मधे आणि
Residential Address हैद्राबादचा आहे.
For afidevit;इन्दोरच आइच वा वडिलांच Address
Proof हवय जे नाहि and Hospital मधलि आणि
passsport वरचि जन्म तारिख वेगळि आहे now what to do?
Indian counsulate CA ने जे Birth Certificate
दिलय त्यावरुन Indian Indore Muncipal Corp,
Birth Certificate देइल काय?
Please help me I have very less time in hand.

Pl check with your lawyers. That will be safer option आमची at least माझी माहिती ऐकिव आहे. तसेच माझ्या I-485 process ला आता दोन वर्षे झाली आहेत.

I doubt if mun corp. will give you b cer. based on IC CA's b certificate.
first, check with your lawyer if that CA cer. is ok. if yes, no problem is there.
else, check with hospital if they can change the date of birth using CA b cer.
(mostly they wont, but try)
else, get the address proof somehow. check if ur parent had any bank account there. get letter from them. show in afidevit that the birth happened at the same address.
else ask mun corp. what all they require to make new record. if no address proof, but if someone is willing to make afidevit that ur parents lived at so and so address, will that do.

Thanks a lot
I asked my Lawyer 3 times but he is saying
" BC requires in last stage; so do not worry
just pay amont and start processing"
But if I will not get GC because of BC
then I will not get back amount which I will
pay for GC processing; which is not affordable
to me so I am asking to all my friends and know people about it

today I will call my DAD n will ask him
to try all above, specially last one as
I dont know he has tried it or not

What other documents are essential for GC

मी पण यबद्दल माहीती काढ़आय्चा प्रयत्न केला. मुर्थि ड़ओट. काम मधे काही लोकान्चे अनुभव असे आहे कि इन्डिअन कोन्सुलेट चे सर्टिफ़िकेट चालते. पण माझे मित्रान्चे बहुतेक वकिलानी नी दोन अफिडाविट करायला सन्गित्ले. ही नातेवाईक काका, मावशी, वडिल यान्चे असु शकत्तात. सोबत म्युन्सीपल कार्पोरेशन च जन्म सर्टिफ़िकेट नाहिये असे मराठीत अणी सोबत त्याचे इन्ग्रजीत भाशान्तर लावावे.
अफिडाविट लिहिण्याची पद्ध्त बहुतेक अमेरिकन वकिलाच्या कडुन मिदु शकेल.

खरं आहे.. तुम्ही लग्न केल्या केल्या अर्ज केला तरी, Waiting List एवढी मोठी आहे, की खूप वेळ वाट बघावी लागते.
त्यामुळे H1 वर आलेले GC घ्यायच्या आधी किंवा Citizenship घेतल्यानंतरच हे पाऊल उचलतात.
हल्ली मला असा विसा मिळवलेला कोणी भेटला नाही, पण ही रांग खूप मोठ्ठी असते....
