वजन कमी करण्यासाठी कोणाकडे खात्रीदायक उपाय नाही का? म्हणजे कसल पाणी वगैरे पिऊन?

गरम gree tea, without sugar वगैरे. reduces water retention अस ऐकल आहे. पण खात्रीपूर्वक माहित नाही.

Diet Control and more than that Sugar control is most important thing to do if you want to reduce weight.

Sugar + Carbs turn into fat and stay in your body for long time.

This is what I usually do to keep the weight off -
Eat salad big bowl (2 cereal bowl full), then have 1 cup of soup and then if you are still hungry have usual meal. Walk for at least 2 miles a day and drink water 1/2 hr. before meal or one hour after the meal. Water dilutes the enzymes needed for the body to digest food so it doesn't get digested properly.
Avoid oily food but raw nuts, cold water fish is good.
I am not a cavaLIcaI XaoMga at all but I am healthy.

burning accrued fat is hard - for the most part, can only be done by 'brute force' (i.e. cardio intensive workouts such runnig, swimming etc.)

a simple strategy for those who sit in front of a computer in an airconditioned room all day - take the stairs instead of the elevators (atleast once every day) - use the fact taht your office is not on the first floor! do it 2-3 times every day, apart frmo giving some free exercise, you will notice the increased stamina as you take the stairs
