Ashwini, I am not challenging your solution of honey and water but I wonder what is the basis for this therapy? Even someone suggested this to my mother but it didn't work for her. My basic is Pharmaceutical Sciences. I have wreaked my head on few ayurvedic formulations which everyone claims to be 'working' which in fact doesn't work. You might say on this that 'pathya palane imp aahe', My mother is a patient of Ulcerative Collitis so I controlled her diet to maximum extent after a lot of deliberation with gastroenterolist and ayurvedic practitioner so that isn't point. Someone told me that if you keep water in Copper container overnight and drink it, it will reduce your weight. I rather noticed that it does clear your gastrointestinal system. A small note to Lalita's question, Ginger-lemon juice should be fresh (to my knowledge) The reason for this is, Lemon is acidic with citric acid and Ginger contains gingerol which is alcoholic by nature so the action can't be predicted at front end but there are loads of other ingredients in both of these, you can't make any speculation about their reactions. Do a small experiment, make juice of both of these, store it in fridge as you say, next morning, make a fresh mixture and just smell both. Its a quick test and post your observation. Please note colour of the mixture and store it in preferably in ceramic container.

Hi Ashwini, Very good explanation. It does sound interesting. I have a 'bit' different view with this. If I want to accept something as 'working' I always look for its Mechanism of Action. For e.g. When ampicillin works in some infection, we know now that it inhibits enzymes required for cell wall synthesis of microbe and so the microbe dies. In your explanation, you said, warm water and honey together does agnipradipan. My query is what do you exactly mean by agnipradipan? Do you mean to say that it helps in synchronising or regulating or normalising secretion of gastic juices? If yes, has anyone looked into it, how does it really work? In the sense, what components of honey mixed with warm water, makes such changes that it regulates such big chemical factory? Please note, I am not at all trying to prove something here. These are my very curious queries. Few therapies everyone claims to be working but never work in reality for some or the other reason, whereas some do job much better than you ever expect. Where it does job, there is no scientific evidence of its mode of action and if its there, no layman knows about it. I have had many discussions about this with my friend's sister who is BAMS still questions remained unanswered!! I really want to get into this black salt issue as I have used it loads of times and its absolutely fantastic therapy for gases. I am very curious to know how this guy works. Unfortunately most westerners are not even aware of black salt and saindhav.

Hi Lalita, You are very correct. Mazya babtit pan agdi tasach zala hota. Ani sarvat vait means, mi khup khup khaicho ani zopaicho pan khup. Solid depression madhe hya ghosti, mhanje tar ekdam vait. Ani asa javal javal 1-1.5 varsha hota. Te ek viscious circle zala hota. Tyatun baher padaila khup tras zala. Pan ata 72-73 Kgs var vajan stable ahe. Pan ajun exercise madhe regularity yet nahi ahe. Karan bahutek mazya sub-consious mind madhe kuthe tari tya depressions chi roots rahili astil asa mala vatta ahe. Karan ajun suddha adhun madhun mi depression madhe jato, pan te khupach thodyavel..means about 2-3 hours in a month or so... Maza aim ahe ki 65 kgs paryanta weight kami karaicha.
