Weg wegle vicharun wegle uttar milne ajeebat apekshit nahi ho. But there is terrible confusion in all likelihood due to ardhawat knowledge (as said by you before). The number and timings are not adding up considering baikochi dasha and my dasha.That's all. I hope this hasn't angered you.

As Venus mahadasha and Venus owner of 12th (& 5th house) and is in 3rd house, you could stay 6-8 hrs away from your native town/birth place until 2024. This mahadasha is very good in material sense. Tumache akshar changale ahe ka ho? (Just checking)
[A] Explanation for Issues with Father
(1) Sun with Raahu in close degrees in Kirk rashi (lungs & thats why heart related)
(2) Owner of 10th house with Shani (VERY CLOSE) & also 4th aspected by Mars in 1st house in close degrees (again).
(3) Currently (after May 2005) Shani was going over Sun and Rahu and aspecting Guru/Shani in 4th house.
(4) These could be some reasons for early loss of father but still due to Jupiter's aspect on 10th house, I think he *should* have lived at least for 58 years or so.
(5) Dasha-Antardasha doesn't/didn't show so much issues so that it is a good news for long term.
After July 2007 you would get much relief. Of course you would need to handle matters at workplace a bit diplomatically as Shani 6th to Moon gives edge over competitiors but also created testing environment at work place especially for Service folks (not for business folks)
[B] Accident etc
(1) Again, in your horoscope Mars is with owner of 1st house Budh and it is aspected by Shani from 4th house in close degrees. Mars not too friendly with Gemini ascendant. So I advise GLOVES and HELMETS & Shoes ALWAYS when riding/driving a bike. ARMS & Head could be the 1st thing that could be under attack in an accident but in my opinion this could be avoided with minnor care.
Recommendations:
(1) You should always wear colors like white, hirawa, neela. This will help you keep cool.
(2) You can wear Paachu (do not spend too much on it).
(3) You can wear Gomed in middle finger to avoid ill-effects of it on the Sun. Gomed is not too expensive, you can check whether it is useful by wearing it for a week or so. I am sure it will protect you.
I suggest **Ganapati upasana** every day to reduce ill-effects of the Gemini Mangal in 1st house in the horoscope. Ganapati Atharvasheersha everyday would help you QUITE A BIT.
All The best my friend. I am sure you would deal with the situation and come out with flying colors.
(But again I am a bit overall suprised with early loss of father. I think he should have survived this period.)

I had read somewhere that presence of majority of planets in the 2nd half of horoscope is the guideline to predict whether the person will live near his/her birthplace or not. (many planets in 2nd half means person will live far away from birth place and vice versa. of course IT chyaa jamaanyaat thodasa laamb mhanla tari japan, europe daure hotaayat.) but I am talking about immigration.
At the end of the last post to Shilpa_1234, you had mentioned that its likely that she will live in other country for a long time. but except sun moon and ketu, all others are in 1st half of horoscope. Is there some other reason too behind such prediction?
Sorry, my questions are being a little sphaggeti type. :-)

(1) Yes, 5th house Mangal would be better for sports, 6th house mangal would be very good for sports and would be fiercely competitive & confrontational than 5th Mangal.
(2) Except for 8th and 12th Mangal, I think all other places are fine.
(3) The BEST would be 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11 (10 would be good for sports but more so for business etc).
(4) Prakash Padunkon has Mangal in 3rd house in Gemini Sign (Gemini Raas ARMS dakhawate, 3rd house Arms dakhawate) He played badminton!

Its owner Shukra is wakri. So better to be safe just for the same of it.

Chhan ahe patrika overall. Really good. Good combination of planets in all 3 trikon: Artha, Dharma and Moksha trikon unlike many other horoscopes.
(1) Raahu mahadasha chalu ahe, its owner is well placed in 10th house so it reduced many effects of having Raahu in neech rashi and in 8th house in Moola nakshatra.
(2) Even then I suggest wearing Gomed in middle finger for protection. (As current mahadasha is Raahu, it is 8th and in Moola nakshatra which is a bit teevra)
(3) July 2007 to Sept 2009: There could be some issues with reporting people, he needs to deal the, with diplomacy. In this period there could be some issues from both khalache loka and also seniors. If rash behaviours with someone, it could be used by seniors for "pankh kapane"
(4) 2008 would be very good due to 9th Guru to moon and it will also go over Mahadasha swami Guru. Good results at work place.
(5) 2010 would be one of THE BEST years. Support from seniors, workplace would be a great place to be in. BIG Promotion is possible. Better than 2008 from work place point of view.
Job badalala tar chalel ka?:: Tumhi ki navaryane? Tumache details nahiyet mazhyakade? Navaryala harakat nahi but I would wait for until Nov 2007 *at least* if possible.

(2) GreenCard: Mala watate result tumachya bajune lagayala kahich harakat nahi appeal cha. Pun mala watate Nov 2007 paryanta at least wel lagel. I am sure from July 2007 itself things would improve on this front. Actual paperwork could take to Nov 2007 + 2 months or more.
I am not at all an expert on greencards and the process etc etc so please take my prediction as just a possibility. His horoscope had Shani Ravi yuti which is currently aspected by Saturn from Kirk rashi. This will change iin July 2007 and further Guru would be 5th to Moon and aspect all those planets in Aries sign giving a better chance with Govt proceedings. As Guru is aspecting Mangal in 6th house until Nov 2007, I do see some development until Nov 2007.
Hope this helps. Again, court etc matters are also dependent on specific things w.r.t documentation that your husband would have better idea than me.
