Chinese egg fried rice - Sahitya - Taja kinva shila bhaat,(shilya bhatachi chav jasta changali lagate), Capsicum. Eggs,Paticha kinva saada kanda, soya sause, thodese tel, Meeth
1. Frying panmadhe thhodese tel high flamevar theva.
2. Kanda ani capsicum barik chirun telavar paratava.
3 Egg/eggs phodun pan var taka ani paratava.
4. Soya sause pan var sprinkle kara (charr asa sundar appetizing awaj yeil)
5 Ata bhat ani meeth taka ani high flame varch thhoda vel mix kara.
6. Lal mirchichya thechya barobar garam garam khayala apratim

Drmukund ! tumchi receipe karun pahili, phar chan jhali pan fried rice barobar tumhi mirchi chya thechya chi sudha receipe dili astit tar phar bare jhale asate.

Hi ghe thechychi reciepe, mi nehami karate ghari,pasta suace madhe takali ki sauce etkta zakas hoto na..chav sutli

Mirchi cha thecha
10 te 12 mirchya (thikhat)
5 te 6 lasun paklya
1 vaati kothimbir dethasakat (swacha dhoon ghya)
Danya cha koot

1.pan madhe 1 tbsp telat mirchya ani lasun partoon ghya, changla khamang vaas aalyaavar pan madhil mirchya aani lasoon kadhoon theva,

2.mixer madhey kothimbir detha sakat taka aani mirchya + lasoon (je partoon theval aahey te) mix kara,

3.he mishran thode jadsar vatun ghya mag eka bowl madhey kadhoon tyat danyacha koot aani chavipoorte meeth taka ani he mishran ektra kara.

Ha thecha khatana tyavar tel takun kinva dahi takoon khaava, ekdam chaan lagto bhakari barobar!

in case of egg fried rice: bhajya,lasun etc telat thodya paratlyavar mii eggs phodun tyat ghalte. te mishran partun bhurji sarkha zala ki mag tyat various sauces (soy, chilli,) meeth ghalun, ardha-kachha plain rice ghalun dhavlayche.

you can club kruti 1 and 2. gives good results.

Ashich Egg biryani pan karta yete jenva chicken,mutton milat nahi kinva aanaycha kantala yeto!! fakt masala atrhat vegla aahe.
