Hi Rajasee, I am not frequent visitor of this BB, But I know the recipe. I have tried this several time, comes out really nice.

1 cauliflower (small to medium size),2 tbsp chopped spring onion
1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies, 1 pinch ajinomoto, 2 tbsp maida,
salt, sugar, chilli-powder for taste and 1 egg
for gravy : 3 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp corn flour, pinch of ajinomoto, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 2 tbsp oil,salt, sugar, chilli-powder for taste
Pluck florets/flowers of cauli-flower. Mix all the ingredients in the first list, beat egg and mix with it(put very little water if needed or put one extra egg). Dip flowers in this batter and deep fry. Keep it aside on a tissue paper.
Put 2 tbsp oil in Kadhai, put chopped spring onions first, then ginger-garlic paste, then green-chillies. After 2 mins put soya sauce and ajinomoto. Put corn-flour paste. Put very little water and put the fried florets.
Fry it on a high flame.
(if u want gravy-wala then add more water)

kahi jan flowerche tukade adhi garam paNyat takun ghetat vaas kami hoto mhanoon.

corn flour+thode tandalache pith tyaat hiravi mirachi vatun, mith, kinchit sakhar, pahije asel tar ginger garlic paste ani 1/2 tsp vinegar ghaal. bhajyachyaa pitha itake thalthalit bhijav ani mag tyaat flowerche ture gholavun deep fry kar.

tyache tula kay karayachey? rice barobar khaNayasarakhe ki appetizer ... tyavaroon gravy karayachi ka nahi tharav.

gravy --
phodaNisarakhe tel tapan thevane tyat ginger - garlic te barik tukade karun ghalane (paste nako). thode lalsar zale ki tyat 1 cup pani ghalun ukalave. 1-2 tbspoon corn flour panyat misaloon ghyave te mixture ukalatya panyat haluhalu ghalave .. guthalya hou devu nayet. ata tyat thoda tomato sauce ani soy sauce ghalane -- tikhat have asel tar laal mirachi powder ghalane. 1 ukali anane shevati avadat asel tar sping onion chirun garnish karave.
khayala denyapoorvi 7-8 min adhi gravy madhe talalele flowerets ghalun thode garm karane.
