Ana Chili pakoda ...
Besan, mirchi powder, mith, ova, kothimbir, 1 chamcha tandulache pith.

Besan, tandalache pith chavipramane tikhat, mith, ova thoda ghasatun ghene .. mixer madhun kafhu nako tyacha swad jato khalbttyat kinva polpat latanyane thoda thechun ghene. thodi kothimbir ghalun panyat bhijavane far patal nako... pith mirachila chikatale pahije. he pith 15-20 bhiju de.

Hyat restaurant vale khaacha soda ghaltat pan tyane bhaji khup tel pitat. mhanoon mi ghala t nahi pan ghalayacha asel tar 1 vati pithala 1-2 chimut ghalane jitaka jasti soda titake tel jast shoshale jail ...

pan tya aivaji tu tyat kadkadit tel ghalu shakate ... bhaji karatana tel tapayala thevale ki te tel kadkadit tapavun tyat 1 choti palibhar tel 1 vati pithat ghal mix kar. Ani dhutalelya mirachya dethala dharun pithat budavun tal.
Bhajisathi tel changale tapale pahije tarach khuskhusit hotat...

(malegaon la jatana lagte) tithe dhabyavar
barik chiralelya mirchyanchi bhaji miltat ashi sahi lagtat...ajibat tikhat nasatat

var karadkar chya recipe madhe ek addition
mirchila ubhi chir devun fork ne kiwa surichya tokane bea kadhun takawe ...tikhat lagat nahit

mirchichi bhaji mhanje tondala pani ....
solapur madhe cut-bhaji milte ......

karadkar ni sangitalya pramane bhaji karayachi , talun zalyanantar ( jara gaar zalyavar) bhajiche don bhag karayache - ubhe ... aatali mirchi kapli geli pahije ... mug biya kadhun takayachya, aani parat pithat budvun talayachi ..... ya bhajinsathi pith thoda patal asla tari chalata .... aani mu garam garam bashit ghalun varun thodasa mith/chat masala burburayacha aani thoda limbacha ras shimpadayacha ... :-) yum yum ....

tikhat kami lagte, or may be just enough to taste good!

मिरची पकोडा तिखट व्हायला नको असेल तर मिरच्या पोटात उभ्या चिरुन त्यात मिठ घालुन ठेवाव्यात. मग पिठ कालवुन जरावेळ भिजु द्यावे. पिठात ओवा घातला तर आणखी चांगले लागतात. मिरची पिठात पुर्णपणे बुडवुन घ्यावी. पोटात पिठ गेलेय ह्याची खात्री करुनच तळायला टाकावे. कढईत टाकल्यावर मिरचीच्या वरच्या बाजुला हाताने थोडे पिठ सोडावे.
