Real Italian Pizza- Basic Recipe Ingredients: 3 cups unbleached all purpose flour 1-cup water 1 tb spoon sugar 1 packet of dry active yeast (7 oz) Salt 1/4 cup Olive oil For toppings: Roma tomato slices (very good in flavor) or cherry tomatoes Garlic thinly sliced Black olives (optional) Add sugar to water. Heat the water in Microwave for about 50 sec to 1 min (depending on the power of microwave). The water temp should be 110-120 F. Add yeast to the water. Keep it aside for 10 mins. Add salt, olive oil in the flour,add the yeast water and knead the dough. The dough should not be very hard or very loose. Knead the dough until it is soft. (If you have a food processor, it's easy). In a large bowl make coating of olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. And keep it in a warm place for 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the plastic wrap, punch down the dough. Make it flat with the rolling pin (or hand toss if you are good at it!). Coat that with olive oil. Put Roma tomato slices (You can use cherry tomatoes if you like) and sliced garlic. If you like you can also add black olives. Spread Italian Seasoning. I use fresh Basil, Oregano. Pre heat the oven at 375 C. Place the pizza in the oven and cook it for 30 mins or until done. Italian people do not use pizza sauce on the pizza. It is an American variation. Neither they put cheese. Also as a variation you can add dried rosemary in the dough with other ingredients at the time of kneading. It gives very nice flavor and test. Sayonara, Pizza from fresh made dough tests just great. My kids and husband prefers homemade dough pizza rather than readymade crust.

मी Keya च्या method प्रमाणे Pizza करुन पाहिला. 7 Oz Yeast घेतल, पीठ खुपच फुलल. 7 Oz Yeast is near abt half pound (8 Oz) हे प्रमाण जास्त नाही का? कारण इतर method मघ्ये tbs प्रमाण आहे. माझा Pizza कडक झाला का?? Tempratue F मध्ये काय ठेवायच??? दुसर माझ पीठ उरल त्यालुळे मी उरलेल्ल्या पिठाचा pizza दुसरे दिवशि संध्याकाळि बनविला पण मला शंका आहे कि अस करण आरोग्याला घातक नाहि ना?? दुसरा Pizza मी Cheese घालुन केला तो बरोबर झाला. कडक नाही. Yeast च नेमक प्रमाण किति घ्याव?? (tbs or 7 Oz)कारण पिठाच प्रमाण हि सार्या methods मध्ये साधारण सारखच आहे (3 Cup, 2 and 1/4 Cup...) Pls guide and Thanks 3 cup पिठाचे माझे ५ pizza झाले not big one but not like pan pizza also.

sas अगं मी वर जे प्रमाण दिलं आहे त्याला फक्त एक सपाट चहाचा चमचा yeast वापरायचं आहे. आणि पीठ ऊरवून ठेवून मग करण्यापेक्षा सगळं वापरून extra pizza crusts freeze करून ठेवले तरी आठ दिवस चांगले रहातात.

हे प्रमाण एका मेडिअम पिझा साठी आहे- हिरवी, लाल, पिवळी ढोबळी मिरची प्रत्येकी अर्धी गोल किंवा उभी चिरुन, मध्यम आकराचा कांदा गोल किंवा उभा चिरुन, १ टोमेटो बारिक चिरुन, कोथिंबीर, किसलेले चिझ, पाव कोबी बारिक चिरुन, पनीर क्युब्स १०-१२. मिरच्या, कांदा, टोमेटो, कोथिंबीर थोड्याशा तेलावर चवीपुरते मीठे घालुन परतुन घ्यावे. देसि पिझा करयचा असल्यास थोडे लाल तिखट, गरम मसाला घालावा. १ चमचा लिंबाचा रस, पाव चमचा हळद, पाव चमचा लाल तिखट एकत्र करुन पनीर त्यात १० मिनुट मेरिनेट करावे. पिझा बेस वर अवडता सॉस लावावा आणि मग वरिल "भाजी" एक सारखी पसरवुन मग पनीर चे तुकडे लावावेत. वरुन चीझ आणि किसलेला कोबी घालावा. १५ मिनुटे बेक करावे.
