Kunitari mushroomchi recipe magitli na, tar hi ghya ajun ek chatpatit ani sopi recipe. Tastes delicious too, but jaraa tel jast lagate haan!
Mushroom kadhaai

Good for 2 people. You will need:
1. Sliced mushrooms pack (the ones you get in supermarket in a plastic container are good enough)
2. 1 large onion - slice it lengthwise into thin strips
3. 1 green pepper (capsicum) - slice it lengthwise into thin strips
4. Tomato paste - 2 tsp
5. green peas - 1/2 cup (optional)
For seasoning:
1. 2 tblsp oil
2. Garam masalaa - 1.5 tsp
3. 2 - 3 mirchi slit lengthwise (you can add more if you like it hot)
4. kothimbeer - chopped (optional)
5. a small blob of butter
Method:
1. Add oil to a skillet and when sufficiently hot, add the chopped onions, mirchi.
2. Fry the onions till they are golden brown
3. Next add the tomato paste, green pepper and mushroom slices, peas, mix well, cover and cook on medium flame for 2 - 3 mins.
4. When you think the green pepper is almost cooked (don't let it become too mushy, a little crispier tastes good), add the garam masalaa, butter, salt and mix well.
5. Cook without lid for about 1 min.
6. Garnish with kothimbeer and serve hot with rotis, parathas!
Tastes abso delicious. You can either make this a dry bhaaji or a gravied on depending on the quantity of water you add (I generally add minimun amt of water - just enough for cooking)
