JaTpT AalaU dhIvaalao

Recently I got this recipe from a friend of mine, I tried it myself and turned out very well.
Try this delicious and easy recipe to wow your guests!

Serves 3 - 4 people
You will need:
1. Unsalted canned whole baby potatoes - 2 cans
2. whipped dahi / yogurt - 1 bowlful
3. dhanaa poweder - 2 tsp
4. cloves whole : 4 - 5
5. methi seeds : 6 - 7
6. turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
7. red chilli powder - per taste
8. Oil for frying
9. chopped Cilantro - 1/2 bowl
10. Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Spread the potatoes on a paper towel at least for 30 mins to drain the water.
2. Next fry the potatoes on medium flame until golden brown. Make sure they are
comparitively dry before frying, to avoid the oil from spluttering all over.
3. In a m/w bowl, add the cloves and methi seeds and m/w on high for about 40 seconds or until the seeds are roasted with an aroma.
4. Next add the dahi, turmeric, chilli powder, dhanaa powder, salt, and just a little bit of water(don't make it too watery) and mix everything well.
M/w for 3 - 4 minutes on HIGH.
5. Add the fried potatoes and cilantro (leave some cilantro aside for garnishing).
6. Again m/w on high for 7 - 8 minutes. Let it stand for 3 - 4 minutes.
7. Garnish with remanining cilantro and server hot with naan or roti. Even goes well with rice.

Enjoy!!!
