best mhanaje ratri jaast bhaaji karun thev.

sakali 1/2 hrs aadhi uthun, chapati kar aani bhaaji garam karun ghevun ja.

or ratri chapatiche peeth malatana jaast peeth mal, uralele peeth, eka plastic chya havaband pishavit thev, sakali uthun chapati banav.

tasech bhaji pan ratri karun gar karun air tight dabyat thevayachi ani daba sakali tasach ghevun jayacha. lunch time madhe garam karun gheyacha. ( of course jithe office madhe fridge ani m/w ahe asha thikani hey jast useful ahe.)sobat dahyacha ek lahan dabba neyacha, athava yekhade fruit.

aankhin kahi suggestions aahet konajaval ?

- sakali banavanyasaathi
- lunch aani dinner donhichi soy hoil asa
- preferrably paushTik aani taaja. (I mean leftovers pasun banavalela nako aani maida pan nako)
- pith daLun aananyachi soy nahi

sandwitches, veggie wraps, phodanichi khichadi, pasta khaun kantala aalay.. it's just for 3 days a week

Veggie Wraps

- Tortilla
Any type (Plain -Fajita or Burrito sized, Spinach, Wheat)

- Veggies cut into small pieces (rather than shredded)
Carrots, Zuccini, Yellow Squash, Brocolli, Green Pepper, Tomato, Cucumber, Iceburgh Lettuce
(Other veggies that can be used - Alfaalfa sprouts, Brussel Sprouts, Onions, Spinach, Spring mix, Celery)

- Mozzarella cheese, Cheese Spread (Plain or Onion and Chives)

Method :
1. Saute Veggies for about 5-6 mins on low flame. Add veggies to pan in the above given order (except lettuce). Salt to taste.
2. Heat Tortilla on a pan / tava for about 30 secs
3. Spread the cream cheese on tortilla
4. Add raw lettuce and the sauted vegetables
5. top it with cheese and crushed black pepper
6. Wrap if the tortilla is bigger or fold if smaller sized. You can use a toothpick if needed

I love this one, very fast and takes care of veggies for the day

Options:
1. You can use raw cut veggies, but then skip zucchini and yellow squash.
2. Cream cheese optional
3. Tomato (can make it saugy if put too much)
4. Heat in microwave (about 30sec) just before eating

Serving size: 2-3 if fajita sized tortilla

काल घरात काहीही नसल्याने केलेला एक यशस्वी प्रयोग.
ज्वारीचे पिठ १ वाटी तांदळाचे पीठ ( २-३ चमचे), बेसन ( २ चमचे) अजून कोणते हवे तर टाका. त्यात आल, लसूण, कोथींबीर, मिरच्यांची पेस्ट टाकली. मीठ टाकून सैलसर भिजवले. आणि तव्यावर खरपुस धिरडी भाजली.. मस्तच झाली होती.

रचना काल घरात काहीही नसताना छू मंतर करून पिठं उपलब्ध केलीत का :-)

असो..

आम्ही पण असेच करतो. पण धिरडी नाही थालीपिठ ह्या नावानी. फ़क्त एक addition बारीक उभा चिरलेला कांदा भरपूर टाकायचा. छान कचरकचर होतात थालिपिठ.

माझाहि हाच अनुभव रचना. सपाटुन भुक लागलेली असावी. आयत्यावेळी डोके लढवुन काहितरी करावे ते मस्तच जमते. फ़क्त ती चव सहसा परत आणता येत नाही.

पनीर टोस्ट / सॅंडविच

साहित्य : २०० ग्रॅम पनीर, १ लहान कांदा, २ लहान हिरव्या मिर्च्या, कोथिंबीर, मीठ, बटर, ब्रेडचे ४ स्लाईस, अर्धा टीस्पुन लिंबाचा रस, असल्यास मक्याचे कोवळे दाणे १ टेस्पुन.

कृती : पनीर किसुन घ्यावे. कांदा, कोथिंबीर, हिरवी मिर्ची बारीक चिरुन घ्यावी. १ टीस्पुन तेल किंवा बटर पॅनमध्ये गरम करुन त्यात आधी हिंग टाकुन मग कांदा व हिरवी मिर्ची टाकुन परतावी, मका दाणे घालुन चमाचाभर पाणी टाकावे. नंतर पनीर घालुन ते परतुन त्यात मीठ, साखर अन लिंबुरस घालुन एकदा परत परतुन खाली काढावे, वरुन कोथिंबीर घालुन ते मिश्रण बटर लावलेल्या ब्रेडमध्ये भरुन सॅंडविच करावे.

पनीर ऐवजी थोडे चीज वापरले तरी चालेल, मात्र मग ते परतु नये. फक्त परतलेल्या कांदा, मक्याच्या मिश्रणात किसुन घालावे.
